Reggae On The Beach!

We had a fantastic time playing for a Caribbean Themed Beach Party at Blackpool Sands on Saturday 2nd August 2025, what a great gig!

The weather was perfect with the sun shining down on the beach and all the party goers as they enjoyed such culinary delights as Jerk Chicken and Jamaican drinks including Pina Colada and Rum Punch cocktails.

We were due to start playing at 6pm but, we had a little bit of an emergency when our bass guitar speaker wouldn't work! So, after a few phone calls to all our fellow musicians in the area we despatched Richard and Liz M to pick up a speaker in town. Anyway, just before they returned with said speaker, it transpired that the loaned extension lead was the cause of the problem - doh!

So, with everything now switched on and working we kicked off approx. 20 mins late with our exciting rendition of Michael Jackson's Thriller and the show began. Our patient audience was amazing and it was lovely to see so many local faces and visitors all enjoying themselves and jigging and dancing away to our music. Thank you all for coming along.
